Base Build- Bruntwood SciTech

Vaughan Engineering Services Ltd, NW are delighted to be appointed by Caddick Construction to help in delivering a prestigious facility for Bruntwood SciTech at Manchester Science Park. Base will offer workspace specifically designed for companies working in high growth, frontier sectors of Industry 4.0, low carbon, computer and energy technology, gaming and animation, building on the region’s internationally recognised tech and manufacturing cluster.      

This six-story building will include office space, a makerspace workshop area for prototyping products, meeting rooms, break-out areas, and an event space with adjoining roof terrace. It will also include secure cycle storage, a kit drying room, and showers and changing rooms. This building will be an impressive 91,000 sq ft.
