It is a common misconception that maintenance starts when a project is completed. This is not the approach taken by Vaughan Engineering. Maintenance starts from a projects inception. If the project is not designed, constructed and commissioned with maintenance considered it will cause difficulties in the future. Because of this our entire team consider future maintenance a priority during the pre-construction, construction and commissioning stages of our projects.
Staff Training and Operational Instruction are of great importance in all of our projects. We prepare all clients with clear training on how to operate and maintain their systems, supply and explain detailed operation and maintenance instructions, and provide detailed drawings of the systems including all commissioning data.
Aftercare matters greatly and we liaise with all our clients post completion to make sure that their staff have all of the necessary knowledge and information to confidently safeguard their building for the future.
Vaughan Engineering also provide small works and maintenance services to ensure that facilities are maintained and updated with minimal disruption to operations. This includes controlling health & safety risks and delivering on the key essentials of client and end user satisfaction.
