As Managing Director, Mike Vaughan once said; “our people are what makes Vaughan Group a success; the last project we have completed is the best advertisement to market the business. A successfully completed project is the result of a dedicated team, focused on safely delivering a quality project on time and within our financial targets. But it is not just the project teams, it is the accounts teams, the administrative teams, CAD and estimating, all staff not on the front line, who help to back up the operations that contribute to our success.”
In the last year we have had ten employees who have celebrated 20 plus years’ service, and with two more 35 years’ service awards this year we know we are doing something right! Our success is built around long standing, reliable and dedicated staff.
Two VESL operatives were presented with their 20-year service awards. (Pictured left to right) Eddie Coates, Foreman received his certificate from Robert McElhinney, Operations Manager in recognition for his hard work and commitment to the company. Fredrick Green, Labourer also reached 20 years with us and is pictured with Stephen Buchanan. Well done to both!
