New Vaughan Homes Development Launched

Vaughan Homes has launched a £3.4m development of 13 houses in Co Antrim. The company bought a new site in Parkgate for the detached and semi-detached properties. The first home at the development – to be called St Saviours Gate – is to be completed by summer next year. The investment is supported by AIB (NI). Vaughan Homes, which employs 10 people along with 35 specialist subcontractors, will have completed over 700 homes across NI by the end of 2020. Managing Director Bryan Vaughan said: “Parkgate is a very desirable, well-located area with a growing community and we look forward to introducing new homes to the village. This purchase represents the latest phase of our expansion plan to help introduce more innovative, luxury family homes to Northern Ireland and we are thankful for the continued support of AIB.”
