Jade Business Park, Durham

Vaughan Engineering Services Limited (North East) have been engaged by Bowmer + Kirkland to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Works on the Jade Business Park in Durham. The buildings will provide 13,500 square meter in seven industrial units including external services. Mechanical and Electrical Services including LV Distribution, Lighting, Small Power, External Services, Mechanical Plant and Distribution, Fire Alarms etc will be installed in all seven units. Works will commence on site for VESL in January 2020 with works due to be completed in June 2020. The Project will be managed from the VESL Newcastle office.
