Almac, Dundalk

Our first job with Almac was the Cold Store and two floors of wrap around offices. Each floor was filled with cellular offices and a plantroom at one end. Since then Almac took a business decision in light of BREXIT, to open a new European facility outside of the UK. The campus consists of two buildings, site services and a site reception building. The first phase was an existing building which was utilised for another industry, so the building had to be amended for this use. The building consists of packing rooms to allow products to be packaged, with storage warehouses which are refrigerated and ambient. The second phase is work in progress and is due to be handed over late March.
