Easy Hotel, Belfast

Construction of a new Easy Hotel within an existing 19th Century building on Howard Street in Belfast City Centre. 80 bedrooms over 3 floors, the ground floor includes the hotel reception and café areas. The project was complex due to the restricted city centre environment, working within existing old buildings and the need for businesses to operate beside and below the site throughout. Mechanical and electrical services included provision of heat recovery ventilation, VRF Air Conditioning to the guest bedrooms, Air Conditioning to the Café / Reception area and Comms area, Fire detection & alarm, CCTV and door access system.
