Castlereagh CTCC, Belfast

Provision of £1.9M M&E Services within local Community Treatment & Care Centre catering for Treatment Rooms, Doctors Surgeries, Waiting Areas, Reception, Staff Areas and Plantrooms.

This was the third in a trilogy of CTCC’s to be completed. All the lessons learned in the previous two were put into practice and the project ran very smoothly.

Our full time site supervision ensured quality of workmanship and co-ordination of services was always considered and implemented.

Regular in house meetings between Vaughan Mechanical, Electrical and Brankin Ventilation meant co-ordination could be completed prior to issues arising on site.

All undertaken as a performance related partnering framework agreement under the constraints of a Healthcare environment.
