5* Fitzwilliam Hotel, Belfast

The £30m 5* Fitzwilliam Hotel contains 131 bedrooms spread over 9
floors. Vaughan Group installed all of the M&E services to this city
centre hotel. The high spec finish, feature lighting and air
conditioning system ensure this building is extremely comfortable for
all users.
This project took two years to complete due to the difficult logistical
planning required to services the hotel.
The hotel is now home to one of the highest regarded restaurants in
the city and is considered one of the most luxurious hotels in Belfast.
