easyHotel Manchester

The easyHotel Manchester contains 116 bedrooms spread over 5 floors. Vaughan Group installed all of the mechanical services to this city centre hotel. The M&E systems included a water condense VRF system with roof mounted dry air coolers due to stringent acoustic requirements in the area. This project took nine months to complete due to the difficult logistical planning required to service the hotel. Vaughan Group have also completed the easyHotel Liverpool following the successful completion of the Manchester hotel.
