The Bartlett, UCL London

The building had been provided with multi service beams providing comfort heating and cooling to areas as well as lighting and emergency lighting. Workshop areas have also been provided in the basement area for the students. The design rationale behind the building is to leave all of the services exposed to assist the students gain an understanding of the services requirements within major buildings. VESL have utilised the latest REVIT technology to ensure head heights can be maximised as well as ensuring maintainability to services in these congested spaces.
