easyHotel Liverpool

The easyHotel Manchester contains 67 bedrooms spread over 7 floors. The existing building had an existing basement plantroom which required a complete re-fit, and all floors we’re completely refurbished from their previous office use. The ground floor had an existing restaurant that needed to be kept operational so regular liaison was required to ensure their services were not interrupted.
This project took twelve months to complete as asbestos was found in a number of locations and halted works to ensure it was safely removed. It was completed in October 2017.
