Old Granada Studios, Manchester

Vaughan Engineering Services Limited (North West) have been engaged by Bowmer + Kirkland to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Works on the Old Granada Studios Office Block which is part of the St John’s and Enterprise City Development in Manchester. The building will provide 64,000 Sq ft of offices over 9 floors along with retail units in the basement and ground floor level. Mechanical and electrical services including LV Distribution, Lighting, Small Power, Mechanical Plant and Distribution, Fire Alarms etc will be installed in the Landlord Areas on each of the 9 levels, roof space and basement with the office space being fitted out at a later stage. Works will commence on site for VESL in November 2020 with works due to be completed in September 2021. The project will be managed from the VESL Warrington office.
